As part of its new 2009 tour offerings, Globus designed a modern version of its European Panorama vacations – something the company has dubbed Vignettes vacations. The four new Vignettes getaways included as part of this debut are The Best of Italy & France, Europe’s Golden Coast, Highlights of Italy & Eastern Europe and Enchanting Europe.

- Vignettes Getaway: NEW The Best of Italy & France – This modern tour includes overnight stays in Rome, Venice, Florence, Nice, Paris and London. In Venice, they’ll enjoy a private boat ride and a walking tour of major sights as well as partaking in a glassblower’s presentation. There, travelers will learn about the history of the original Olympic Games and walk among the impressive remains of the Gymnasium and Temples of Hera and Zeus.
